1. Agreement

By visiting this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2. Age requirement

Midnightopoly is an adult product. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to buy from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph the product accurately. Screen colours and lighting can differ between devices, so slight variation between images and the item you receive is possible. We reserve the right to correct errors, change product information and limit quantities at any time.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers without agreement, or cannot be shipped to the given address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the Midnightopoly name, artwork, card content, photography and copy, belongs to us and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. Midnightopoly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other board game brand or publisher.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the store or the product is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
