What to include

If your message is about an existing order, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. It gets your answer to you much faster.

Common questions

Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

I want to return it. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy and email us to start the process.

Is the packaging discreet? Yes. Plain outer box, no branding, no product name on the label.

I entered the wrong address. Email us straight away. If the parcel has not shipped we can still correct it.
