This policy explains what personal information Midnightopoly collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment confirmation details. We never see or store your full card number, which is handled directly by our payment processors.
When you browse the store we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to support requests, screen orders for fraud and, where you have opted in, send marketing emails.
Sharing
We share information with the third parties that make the store work: Shopify, which hosts our store; payment processors, which handle your transaction; and shipping carriers, which deliver your parcel. We also use analytics and advertising providers to understand how the store is used. We never sell your personal information.
Marketing
If you opt in to marketing emails you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@midnightopoly.shop and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise other personal data when it is no longer needed.
Age restriction
This store sells an adult product. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
