Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier backlogs can add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. It can take 2 to 4 days for the first carrier scan to appear, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer box. There is no branding, no product name and no imagery anywhere on the outside or on the shipping label.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we reship it once you confirm the correct details. Please check your address carefully at checkout.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we replace it or refund you in full.
