Refund and Returns Policy

30 day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the game must be in the condition you received it with all components included. An opened card deck is still eligible as long as the set is complete.

How to start a return

Email support@midnightopoly.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as unannounced returns cannot be traced to your order.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account. We email you as soon as the refund is issued.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We replace it or refund it in full and you do not need to send the original back.

Return shipping costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once a parcel has shipped, the return process above applies instead.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards and anything marked final sale at the time of purchase.
